The Davis Island Municipal Parking (Large Elevated) Structure in Tampa, FL is a 250,000 sq ft, eight-story parking garage. Randy performed 2D analyses of column-girder frame system for gravity and wind loads. Designed all reinforced concrete columns, retaining walls and post-tensioned slabs, beams and girders. He also designed all reinforced concrete stairs and shear walls for gravity and wind loads.
