To date, Cailor & Associates has designed the first three buildings’ post-tensioned slabs and necessary transfer beams for complexities including transferring steel framed structures from above as well as various plaza landscaping loading. We have also designed a heavily loaded roadway roof over the storm water management vaults for highway loads and firetruck loads.
