The O Henry Hotel in Greensboro, NC is a 90,000 sq ft, nine-story prototype hotel. Cailor & Associates devised preliminary and final framing schemes. Performed 2D/3D analyses for gravity, wind and seismic loads. Designed all reinforced concrete columns, spread footings, mat foundations, grade beams, retaining walls, basement walls, shear walls and post-tensioned flat-plate slabs, beams and transfer girders.
Cailor & Associates provided extensive consulting with owner, architects, engineers, contractor and subcontractors including cladding and veneer wall system design, precast details, special system designs as well as architectural elevations, sections, concepts and isometrics.
