The View at Chastain in Atlanta, GA is a 320,000 sq ft, twelve-story residential tower (9 levels condominium over 3 levels parking). Cailor & Associates performed 2D/3D analyses of the frame system for gravity, wind and seismic loads as well as provided conceptual consulting regarding layout, dimensions and details.
We designed all reinforced concrete columns, shear walls and post-tensioned flat plate slab and beam systems. C&A also drafted complete Autocad drawings for these structural systems.
