Randy has specialized in Post-Tensioned concrete design and detailing for over 20 years. He has gained extensive engineering design experience at an architectural firm, at a P-T material supplier and as an engineering consultant with Cailor & Associates. That experience includes unbonded monostrand and bonded multistrand, one-way slabs with beams/girders and two-way slabs, transfer floors and podium slabs, landscaped terraces and swimming pools, even vertically post-tensioned veerendeel trusses!
